Charter Pulse (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides charter market intelligence and due diligence services at charterpulse.io. We are not affiliated with any charter management company or booking platform.
When you use Charter Pulse services, we may collect:
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Charter Pulse uses Google Analytics (GA4) and/or Google Tag Manager to collect anonymised usage data. These services may set cookies on your device. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Account credentials are stored with bcrypt hashing. Sensitive API keys in the dashboard are AES-encrypted at rest. All data is transmitted over TLS. We use Railway-managed PostgreSQL hosted in the EU region.
Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Report request data is retained for 36 months for audit and dispute purposes. Analytics data is retained per Google's standard retention policy (14 months for GA4 user data).

Charter Pulse collects publicly available charter listing data from booking platforms and the Wayback Machine (Internet Archive). This data relates to commercial vessel availability and is not personal data. We do not collect or process personal data about charter guests or vessel owners beyond what is necessary for our validation methodology.
We may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of Charter Pulse after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
